Several years ago someone asked me about this product and I have keep my eyes open for them ever since.

One of our supplier started to bring these items in very recently and I am pleased to say – as of today Earth’s General Store is now stocking Butler’s Soy Curls.

This item is vegan, made with non-GMO soy, and grown without chemical pesticides (pity they just didn’t go with Certified Organic and therefore they could dispense with having to list the things they don’t have in them).

Check out their website for wonderful ways to make the into a tasty recipe. I understand that businesses in Seattle and Portland use this product in some great street food and vegan cafe food.
